The platform focuses on enhancing the employee experience by offering a user-friendly interface, allowing companies to monitor facility occupancy and adapt workspaces according to employees’ needs and goals.
The Role📄
Join our team as a Business Development Manager for Spain/UK Market, whose main responsibilities will be:
• Manage and convert all inbound leads
• Build and grow relationships with existing clients
• Identify and pursue new opportunities (upsell & expansion)
• Own the full sales cycle: from first contact to close
• Work closely with marketing to improve conversion

What do we need from you?
• Experience in B2B sales (mandatory)
• Experience in SaaS (a strong plus)
• Spanish & Native English (Nice to have) or C2 English – you’ll work with UK/USA clients
• Basic knowledge of HubSpot or CRM tools
• Highly proactive, energetic, and results-driven mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Occasional travel might be required
